superman
wonder woman
batman
cyborg
martian manhunter
green lantern
flash
aquaman
superman - Personality wise, Captain America. Power wise, Thor.
wonder woman - Power/ability wise, Hercules. If you're wanting an iconic female character then either Storm or Invisible Woman.
batman - Black Panther.
cyborg - Deathlok
martian manhunter - Vision
green lantern - Nova
flash - Personality, I'd say Spider-Man (at least if we are going with Wally West, Barry Allen I don't know). Powerwise, closest is Quicksilver, but that's really not all that close.
aquaman - Namor
Captain America for Superman (I'd say there both seen as one of the biggest leaders if heroes in each of their universes)
captain Marvel for wonder woman. (Both very strong female characters, in personality and powers. Also since carol was in the army and wonder women is a warrior, which is like being in a themyscarian (i bet i spelt that wrong) army)
I've never thought of it before but i agree with moonchilde, Black Panther is pretty similar to Batman (both wealthy, powerful, serious, super smart)
For cyborg i would say ironman
Agree with vision for Martian manhunter.
I honestly can't settle on anything for Green lantern.
Flash i would maybe say one of the x-men speedsters, either north star or quicksilver, but they're no where near as cool.
and aquamans counterpart is definitely namor
This is tough. Are we going by personality? By demographics? By gender? By powerset? By origin? By an amalgam of all of those?
I'll try to go by theme and include my reasoning for each selection:
I'm going to assume you mean these character's counterparts within their respective universes and not their abilities.
Superman - Captain America: The Boy Scout
Wonder Woman - Thor: The God out of their element
Batman - Wolverine: The unorthodox team member with their own agenda
Cyborg - Iron Man
Martian Manhunter - Silver Surfer
Green Lantern - Nova
Flash - Struggling with this one... I'd say either Spiderman or Human Torch
Aquaman - Namor
superman- Hulk
wonder woman- Captain Marvel
batman- Iron Man
cyborg- Vision
martian manhunter- Thor
green lantern- Nova
flash- Quicksilver
aquaman- Namor

@dawnone: GEEZ MATE NO NEED to shout... nah, just pulling your leg. I went with more of a personality equilavent, rather than a straight-up power analogue. Otherwise, I would've gone with Quicksilver.
