Which Marvel villains do you think are the biggest douchebags and why?

I'm no hater either, I actually love the guy for his douchebaggery.

I would consider him just a tad bit more hero than villain though.. hmm..

In my opinion douche villians in the MU: Annihilus (his name comes from annihilation and has NEVER annilhilated ANYONE..even Johnny Storm got better), Mandarin (has a ring that fires disintergration beams and hardly uses it), Wilson Fisk (fat douche who sat on DD's identity forever) and Norman Osborn (when he's not Green Goblin, Norman Osborn is just a c0c%)
