Which villians are more realistic

Probably the Kingpin. I can see someone out there like him.

We could find guys like them in this world. A crime lord and a psyco terrorist pirate. Also I always though that Joker is the most unrealistic.

Joker is a bit utopian. He is driven by a deadly anarchist ideology with unstable mentality. He is against the system. He is not a criminal, he is a pure evil chaotic rebel who has a large gang. It is very hard to find a Joker.
