Which terminator?

If you were in John Connor's place, which terminator would you find more intimidating?

A) T-800 from first film

B) T-1000

T-1000

@JohnnyZ256: It's more durable and it's morphing abilities are more menacing.

T-1000 due to durability, It's ability to morph into people, and it seemed to be smarter too. 

T-1000, smarter, able to morph into anyone thus perhaps lowering your guard for an easy kill, especially if you don't know about the T-1000. 
 
The T-800 at least could be destroyed by conventional means.
