How much force you generate is dependant on mass and how fast its going.

If your strength relies more on speed then you'll be fast and strong at the same time. Genrating force by rely on the increase of mass will make you slow.

@dum529001: Yes, but these options are based on comic book powers, so they don't have to make perfect sense. You get the power and the ability to use that power without any consequences unless it's specifically stated. Let's say someone has a Green Lantern ring as one of the options. It's assumed that you get both the ring and the willpower to use it. If super speed is an option it's assumed that you gain the ability to survive the Gs. But the durability only works when you use the super speed.
