Honestly, with the exceptions of the goblin characters, Venom, Carnage, anything connected to totems and possibly Doc Ock, Daredevil shouldn't have much of a problem with any of the villains.

In a normal fight in a neutral location (like Times Square) I think Hydoman would beat DD or at best its a draw. I just dont think Matt could take down Hydro with materials on hand.
As for Kraven... didn't he get amped up in recent years? Enough that he was a struggle for Spidey to physically battle? I don't think Kraven's weapons/traps would work but I thought he could outmatch DD physically. I could be wrong.

I'm not sure about his upgrades, but he's definetely far above Daredevil in strength, durability and stamina. He got enhanced senses too, they are probably weaker than Daredevil's though.
I'm guessing Vulture, Mysterio, possibly Kraven.. who else?
Vulture would be a stretch, the others.. unlikely.
Daredevil could beat Tarantula, The Sin Eater, Chameleon, Kingpin (now that he's been nerfed).
EDIT: I guess the Mysterio outcome would be somewhat dependent on scenario, if the two of them were randomly teleported into a room and neither had any knowledge of their opponent Daredevil would most likely win (Mysterio would turn invisible and cast illusions but it would be ineffective against radar). Mysterio's durability would hold out for a while but I'd imagine Daredevil would wear him down.
