Which of the following superheroes' fanbase are more annoying?

Historically as far as the vine is concerned? Storm by a kilometer.

No Storm option? Invalid list is invalid.

There's Others option.

As far as I can see on the forums so far, there's very little Storm involved.

What's wrong back in history of the vine? Please elaborate, thanks.

You weren't there for the heydey of Storm fangirlism back in the day (pre 2010 era I believe). It was horrendous. They were seriously arguing Storm could beat fullpower Galactus with the Ultimate Nullifier, Thanos, Darkseid, Superman, Doomsday and the like in a straight up fight and pulling out utterly irrelevant what ifs or one off one panel feats utterly inconsistent with the character's usual showings (if I had a nickle for every time the "galactic storm" feat was used I'd have roughly six and a half dollars).

It was awful.

I've noticed Thor has a pretty strong following, but he is a great character and his fans aren't really all that annoying so I don't mind any of them.

Could it be they are possibly trolls instead?

Thor fans kill me sometimes - and not too long ago there was some awful Blue Marvel stuff.

Trolls are very rarely as persistent as the Storm fans were back in the day.

We also had a rash of really terrible superman fanboys that culminated into this beauty.

Bane also attracted some incredibly dumb fans that thought he could stand up to the Juggernaut or the Rhino (trying to find the one with Klandicar but it's proving to be a hard find.)

Blue Marvel and Sentry got really annoying.

Fanbases shouldn't solely be judged on battle forums either, Wonder Woman's fans are by far the worst because even a simple argument about her tiara can go on for pages.

I sometimes look at an old thread and stumble upon someone saying Storm could take on any number of Herald ++++ to freaking Skyfather level characters.

Arguing using powers she never had, used once, had lost, werent as good as they wanked them , or many other things.

Saying her "latent Psy Powers" would mean they could TP anyone who was not a telepath, that her magic meant she could take out Supes or that She could CQC anyone below Batman etc etc

Thor fans, because they seem to think Thor is close to all mighty and his hammer allows him to do anything.

As a moderator who can see alt accounts, a lot of "annoying" "Storm fanboys" were/are actually alts of users who hated Storm or wanted to jump on the "Storm fans are ewh" or "lolwat crazy" bandwagon. Literally have been times where I had to lock a Battles thread where a user would put Storm against impossible odds then use their main account to mock "Storm fans" even though they were the person who created the thread.

Thats why the premise of such threads as this are weak to me, since they happen every few weeks, if overrated threads number the thousands this thread is in the hundreds, and these threads also rely on talking about a fan base that may consist of say one hundred people, but only focusing on less than a dozen of that percentage. We can't even tell if those "annoying" members are sincere, or whose annoyance has anything to do with the character or whether its relevant or not. There might be some overlap or similarities but those similarities are usually governed by factors irrelevant to fandom and also aren't exclusive to any fandom either, the same way patterns of racism have more to do with upbringing than a persons own skin color.

I mean which of the following superhero's fan base are more homosexual? Thor, Superman, Galactus, Batwoman. I mean one time a guy with a Superman avatar said he was gay, and thats one and even though I am sure there are hundreds of straight, bisexual, pansexual Superman fans out there, I feel legit saying Supes has a huge gay fan base. Then again Batwoman is gay so… her fanbase is probably pretty homosexual too. Which of the following superhero's fan base is more black? Luke Cage, Hulk, Iron Man. I notice Luke Cage has a lot of black fans and that those fans are black. This means something somehow… even though he has lots of fans who are different skin tones, and that those fans also like other characters, some might even be white characters. Somehow.

So i would say the fan base that keeps asking this question is the most annoying, except thats not really a fan base and its not that annoying, just receptive and with poor foundation. Thats even before we have to be aware such threads usually end up revolving around people arguing power levels and some users stubbornness or projections about stubbornness in regards to arguments about power levels. There are plenty of stubborn and overzealous fans of every character and even some who are just that way in general in regards to anything. Can we try and not make the similarity or distinction between such people a fictional character some of them might like and instead realize the bad behavior is the similarity and the distinction is that every fan base has a mix of people of varying levels go annoyance? Pretty please with a cherry on top?

Indeed it is. I never understood the hatred for Storm's fanbase, but I do now. Batman "with prep time," all is forgiven...

Storm Vs God Spawn was my personal favorite. Got some lolz from that thread.

As of late Thor fans that complain about the new Thor without reading a single new issue written by Jason Aaron a writer beforehand they and most were praising. That aside each group as their share of annoying fans it comes with the territory for pretty much anything, I'm sure a lot of people see me as that annoying Hawkeye fan who posts to many Hawkeye reactions.

Wonder Woman needs more feats.

@jayc1324: Well I haven't actually seen half as many topics on Wolverine then I have Thor (then again I didn't have Wolverine in my favorite boards) even so one character is dying the other is still quite alive. Not saying either fans don't have the right to complain everybody does, doesn't mean I can't find it a bit annoying.

They used to be everywhere. But after the Great War of the Raindrops, they were beaten back to their realm of the Storm Forum. They can still be heard in our realm on occasion, stroking it to a stiff breeze.
