Which MCU character will be LGBT?

I'm honestly suprised there isn't a confirmed character (to my knowledge) that is LGBT, since they're usually shoehorned in or made clear in most media these days.

Eventually, I think it's going to happen due to social justice warriors throwing a fit. Which character do you think they'll establish as LGBT in the MCU?

Honestly, I think they will do this with the new Spider-Man.

Well, Punisher is canon bisexual, so there's him. Most of their LGBT characters are owned by Fox though.

I doubt we will see a LGBT character in a big budget superhero movies for a very long time. Hollywood isn't exactly pro-gay when it comes to movies that aren't specifically about a character being gay. And they certainly won't put one in a big summer blockbuster.

Loki is bisexual in the comics. If they ever add in a character that's gay/bi, Hercules seems the most likely.

Eventually, yes. No way in the near future. Maybe in 20 years or so when people accept homosexuality as easily as they accept mixed raced marriage.

To be fair, even with interracial marriage, it's more between white males with other races, so it's not that widely accepted either, but the important keypoint is the movie needs to have international appeal, and despite how low the homosexual acceptance is in America, it's even worse in other countries. Having homosexual characters in leading roles may get the movie banned or have lower attendance from international audience.

Yeah you are right about international acceptance. I think pro-gay movies will sell fine in western Europe, but most of the rest of the world would have a problem with it. That`s probably why Hollywood studios wouldn`t bet willing to drop $100 million on something that won`t make them a profit in the worldwide market.
