By villains in movies, do you mean CBMs ,or in general?

CBM's. Similar to my top heros in film list, where the character is tied to the actor.

@squares: I compile lists (such as top 5 superhero teams) based on mass voting results by an average of 50 users. This poll is to determine what the users want to see next

A most powerful heroes list sounds cool though it's up to you to decide which set of votes you'll make a list for.
