Which is the most powerful?

I would like to get your take on which of these characters is more powerful or which would you place higher on the power scale and why?

well that last one is probably a universal level character so until I get other opinions then I will say him...

I think solar had better feats that all of them but im pretty sure a starbrand (at least the classic one) has the same potential, or more so
