Which is the best CBM of all time?

I think X-Men: Days of Future Past is the best because everything is in the movie. Action, comedy, romance, and a huge amount of drama injected in the movie. It is not like the other comicbook movies which are just fun and explosions here and there. This also marks the return of the original cast after 8 years so it's very special to fans. I'm biased though since I'm an X-Men fan.

Where is C:TWS, IM, Spider man2(Raimi), IM3, DD:Directors cut, Blade2, Watchmen, Punisher: War Zone and Thor:TDW. Your list is lookin highly suspect.

X-Men: Days of Future Past. It honestly not even close.

Where's Iron Man, Captain America: The Winter Soldier, & The Dark Knight Rises? Doesn't matter since DoFP wins, just seems odd.

I'd say X2 was the first of the all-time greats and I like it better than Days of future past.

I voted for the Dark knight as that is the best one I have watched. Also I had zero love for the Winter Soldier but it is widely announced as one of the best so therefore should be in the poll. Also curious why V for Vendetta wasn't on the list as that is another one of favourites.

@guru_crack: I love x-men days of future past because I am a major bishop fan. Not only that, but I though that quicksilver seen was great. The batman movies were also great. I agree with you, I wonder why v for vendetta wasn't on here.

Guardians of the Galaxy is my favorite, but I don't think it's really "the best".

X-Men: DOFP is one of my favz but definently my favorite out of the list! I also like A History of Violence, V for Vendetta, and Punisher (2004).

Spider-man 2. Awww yeah. Remains the apex of super hero movies. The list itself is pretty good, but I don't completely agree...

• If DoFP is on the list, X2 should be as well, as another notable X-men film.
• If DoFP and GotG are not too recent to be on the list, neither should Winter Soldier, since it came out first, and a lot of people perceive it to be the best.
• I think it is too early, at least for GotG.
• The list needs Iron Man, which is still the best MCU movie.
• Hellboy II: The Golden Army anyone? Anyone...?

I've done several voting lists on this topic, and The Dark Knight usually remains on top. I think it's safe to say that TDK is the general consensus for the moment. However, that very well might change in the upcoming years.

Dark Knight is a great movie, and it can be classified as a CBM, but, i think it doesn't really feel like a comicbook. It's just a genius thriller/drama movie with Batman as the main character.

The best CBM for me are :

1. Sin City

3. V for Vendetta

4. Watchmen

5. Spirit

Also, why isn't TIM BURTON's BATMAN 1&2 on this list?!? They are such genius movies!

Even though I love Avengers and Batman Begins more than some of the movies I listed, the ones listed are more complete films that expand beyond the so-called 'superhero' genre.

Batman Begins is the best on this list.

I don`t see why V for Vendetta and Watchmen are getting so much cred. Alan Moore was right about them; they`re inherently flawed remakes of his stories. We`re better off reading the comics.
