For example, Heath did not resemble Joker but played him excellent. Accuracy > Looks.
Josh Brolin looked like Jonah Hex, but played him awfully.

Accuracy doesn't matter at all. Not in the slightest. That is something comic book fans want because they want exact versions of the character. But it really doesn't matter how they look. Christian Bale doesn't look like Batman but he did amazingly.
As long as it's good I honestly don't care
Is called an adaptation for a reason.
What matters is how true to the spirit is, not how true to the letter.
for me it's 70-30 in favor of Accuracy...for me how well the performance is all that matters is he/she convincingly played the part...like Hugh Jackman except for the hair and Mutton Chops he is not the ideal description of Wolverine, he doesn't even wear the yellow spandex but he embodies the role...there is that old saying"Looks can be deceiving"...looks is the least important thing

These.
Worry about making a good movie and telling a good story first before deciding how accurate to the source material you want to be.
Neither. Fans should be more interested in a great script featuring their favorite characters rather than exact, faithful adapted looks and storylines.
As long as they're true to the spirit and heart of the character I don't mind.
