List Graphic Novels or Comics from any comic book company you know off.
It doesn't have to be superheroes any comic book or graphic novel that hasn't been made into an animated movie can be listed even if it's not superheroes.

The Killing Joke
Red Son
World War Hulk
Kraven's Last Hunt
JLA/JSA Virtue and Vice.
Infinity Gauntlet
Squadron Supreme
Batman/Dracula---Red Rain
X-Men--Mutant Massicre
X-Men--Inferno
FF: Council of Reeds
and of course, my vote also for............KINGDOM COME
I've stated these before also in other forums similar to this but:
Flash:Return of Barry Allen (would be awesome!!)
Elseworlds: JSA Liberty Files and the Unholy Three. Plus The Golden Age.

They could make a trilogy with the Liberty Files, since they announced a third part

I'd like to see this one too.
actually would really dig seeing........
Epic storytelling at it's finest......
and @mr.obvious: good call on Red Son. that would be waaaay cool. I have though about Kraven's last hunt also, but came to the realization that not matter how AWESOME of a story it was......don't think it would do well as an animated movie, and the essence of it would be lost somehow....
Aquaman (a mixture between The Trench and The Others)
Geoff Johns's Superman run (Last Son/Legion of Super Heroes/Brainiac) (and yes, I know Brainiac may be getting a movie treatment, but I wanted to see all three of these)
Crisis on Infinite Earths (two-parter)
So many.
Batwing's first arc.
Batwoman: Elegy
Superman: For All Seasons
Daredevil's Born Again arc
The list goes on and on
spider-man reign
red hood and the outlaws
ultimate spider-man(miles morales)
thunderbolts with luke cage as the leader
dark avengers
x-force
deadpool

excellent choice. I am not a GN guy, but these would translate well IMO...I actually think a lot would be better as live action movies.
I would add

All I can think of right now.
No man's land as a trilogy, Red Son and Kingdom Come
-Batman: A Death in the Family
-Batman: Night of Owls
-Batman: The Long Halloween
-Batman: Noel
-Deadpool (anything)
-Punisher: Welcome Back Frank
-Red Robin (all)
-Captain America (Brubaker's run Vol. 5)
-Daredevil: Born Again
-Martian Manhunter: The Others Among Us
-Fables (I'm still undecided if animation or live-action would be better)
-The Boys
-Hack/Slash
-Marvel Zombies
-Daredevil/Punisher: Means and Ends
