Which comic character has the most inconsistent showings?

I'm going with either Wonder Woman or Wolverine.

I didn't mention Solomon Grundy because his power levels are supposed to vary unlike Wondy and Wolvy who, have no good reasons for their inconistencies.

Oh I think it's definitely Wolverine. From his power set to his personality, it seems like he is whatever the plot dictates he has to be.

Solomon Grundy is so inconsistent they had to officially explain it away in-story.
