Poll Which comic book show is the worst? (49 votes)
And say why
And say why
Did not see Arrow, if I did I would have voted for it.
Had oliver progressed at all since the first season? Or is he still a fake Batman and nothing like his comic self?
If you asked me last week i would have said Gotham. Now I say S.H.I.E.L.D.. I quit Gotham after the 4th episode or so because I thought it was bad, and I still do. I decided to catch up on it and now I'm of the opinion that, of all the mediocre comic shows, Gotham is the only one that has something special about it. The main thing being that it has more characters with personality than the other shows.
Currently, from best to worst
Flash>>>Arrow>Constantine>>Agent Carter=Gotham.
I don't watch AoS, and Smallville is better than all of them.
not a good list to choose from
Why is that?
@deathstroke52: i kinda like these shows. maybe until i see the full series of everything then i can make a judgement call. its too early for some shows
@mysuperior: I see.
Only show I watch that is listed is Gotham, so I can't really judge. Gotham has its share of flaws but I still look forward to watching it each week.
(1900th post too!)
Gotham.... It's got good actors but there is no visible plot.... It has a lot of potential...
Every other show has their negatives but they have a clear plot... Maybe Smallville in a couple of seasons is an exception...
:(
Gotham is the worst. It has taken the biggest longest crap all over anything that was cool about about the city. Lost me at freaking balloon man.
The rest>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> Constantine>Upcoming Lucifer and Preacher
I take it you don't like shows about the occult correct?
does anyone remember the birds of prey tv show
Birds of Prey was like an Elseworlds story. I remember we saw Batman's back for a brief instance in the pilot and then rest was about The Huntress being the daughter of Batman and Catwoman. The upside was that Oracle was in a wheelchair and it gave some face time to Harley Quinn (well, Dr. Harley Quinzel). Ridiculous but since it was "Earth-whatever" I didn't mind its tangential approach to the mythology.
I enjoyed Constantine the most, but it's over. After that, Arrow edges Gotham followed by Agents of Shield and Agent Carter (tied) with Flash bringing up the rear.
I listed Flash at the end, because I don't like whiny, lovelorn Barry Allen as the Flash. I prefer Wally West, but the series seems to be edging away from the sad-eyed Barry of the first 10 or so episodes, so maybe there's hope for me.
Honestly, I watch all of them and will continue to do so as long as they air. It's escapist entertainment and that's enough for me.
I've only seen season 1 of Agents of Shield but it was so hard to get through it's left me with a bad taste in my mouth. The improved as it went on and episode with Sif was pretty cool but the season finale I found extremely irritating.
I only remember a few episodes from Smallville and I haven't seen any of Agent Carter. The rest I enjoy.

Which season of Smallville? If you remember.
Not seasons just a bunch of episodes, my wife is a fan. I only watched to see DC characters I was interested to see in live-action (Hawkman, Dr. Fate, Cyborg etc.) but I remember Michael Rosenbaum's Lex Luthor always being enjoyable.
I neither liked nor disliked the show, I simply realised I wasn't the target audience.
Out of this list, I'd say Constantine. I couldn't get past 7th episode. And that's coming from a guy who saw 9 seasons of Smallville. And stuck through season 1 of Agents of Shield(which IMO, is the worst season of any comic book show. Season2 is pretty decent though).
To me,
The Flash>Arrow>AoS>Gotham>Smallville>Constantine.
I have yet to watch Agent Carter.
