Poll Which are you more excited for: Kick-Ass 2 or Thor: The Dark World? (64 votes)
Now that Iron Man 3, Man of Steel and The Wolverine are out of the way, 2013 only has 2 big comic book movies left. So, which one are you more excited for and why?

@mysterioususername: I didn't think the first one was as good as everyone said it was.
@lilben42: I hated the first one, so I'm inclined to agree with you.
It's the battle between the two 2013 comic book films I'm apathetic towards.
The Kick-Ass 2 comic is a nasty piece of work (if you've read the comic, you know what I'm referring to), I'm glad they're cleaning up the film but I didn't like the first film as much as I thought I would. Jim Carrey as Col. Stars (and Stripes) is a perfect casting choice though.
I liked Thor but The Dark World just looks like they made another Thor movie. We've only had one Thor movie & I'm already uninterested in seeing another one. Bring on Winter Solder, Marvel. Please & thank you.
I'm waaaaaay more excited for Thor 2, but I'm more interested and KA 2. Not because of the actual movie, but the reaction from it, because if that movie does ''That'' Scene I'm interested to see what america's reaction.
@perethorn: haha you and me pal.
Thor: Dark World by far
Its weird. I like Kick Ass and I plan on seeing the 2nd film but I just have absolutely no excitement for it.
Both of 'em.
Thor 2 because I don't even like Kick-Ass.
The Dark World simply because Kick Ass 2 is rated R and i will be unable to watch it.
THIS.
Thor: The Dark World.
I actually thought Thor was underrated, as Kenneth Branagh's sure handed direction really got to the heart of the characters. This one doesn't have him returning, but the trailer confuses me. What's up with that spinning truck? And this new villain could be cool. And Alan Taylor directing, who did countless episodes of Game of Thrones, has the experience with this olde royalty style drama that really lifted the first film. Kick Ass, on the otherhand, seems to be more of the same: over the top violence for the sake of violence. I was already surprised by Wolverine, best of the lot so far this year IMO. Thor might surprise us yet again. Maybe even wow us!
Thor the Dark World by far. It looks even better than the last one given the more darker themes and expanded characters in the sequel.
KICK-ASS 2!! YEAH! :D
Thor 1 was a snore-fest, I have no interest in Thor 2. :P
Kick-Ass was nothing short of meh for me. They deviated from the source material and it wasn't well acted either. Thor on the other hand was a much more well rounded film I could actually enjoy.
