that lady in the agent of atlas, hulkling, syren, and miracle man. miracle man can make people hear the most awesome music ever. hulkling can change his vocal cords to do anything he wants he is a perfect singer. syren's voice has awesome inflection and hynotic powers. the agent of atlas girl can mind control people with hers. they'd be great.

Ok. As long as there comic evidence of his singing. But i can safely say that new orleans has the same percentage of people that can sing as any other place with maybe the exception of LA and NYC (hollywood and broadway wanna-bes and all that)
@Formidable : The only reason LA and new York have a higher percentage of singers, is because people move there to work in that industry due to them being famaous locations for said industry. Music is easily more popular as a genral activity in the south new orleans for example has way more of a music scene and music history than new york, all new york has is broadway preety much
