Where to find an artist!!!!!

HELLO EVERYONE WHO READS THIS! I am currently searching for an artist to illustrate a project of mine! You may wonder, why not do it yourself? Alas although I practice my craft daily I am still not at a level I find acceptable. So I now turn to the internet! My project could easily be applied to a manga as well so if any one knows a skilled manga artist that helps!! I'm asking you guys to direct me to forums, sites, or any place really where I can post requests for an artists. Or maybe you yourself the reader is interested?!?!?
