Why is the answer street level?

As long as him, his titles, and characters who originated from him in someway continue to sell, then he is rank pretty much number 1 in the grand scale.

Bloody renumberings. As if Walking Dead is the only title that's really in triple digits. Heck, Detective Comics is approaching issue 900.

Annnh she is a Batman related character. She originated from Batman's Gotham city, and is a Batman villain. She got real popular through Batman.
