Joker's Child in NJ; I sometimes, but very rarely, will go to Midtown comics in NY.
I go there every now and then, too! (the one in Times Square)
Me too. I work super close to the Times Square one, so when I need to waste some time I'll browse around. It's pretty crowded, but I always manage to get my issues no problem.
I'd usually go to Ebay now a days, their use to be 2 comics stores 10 minutes north and 20 minutes west from me and now they're both gone, out of business.

Ah, I used to work over on Avenue of the Americas in the mid 40s, so it was a close walk for me as well.
@TERMINATORXX: yep thats how it is down here. we have a place, Hastings. its ok. but its also 30 minutes away.
I move a lot so the store name isn't as important. I just buy from whomever has them on the Wednesday they came out on. Sorry Barns and Noble and Comic Cabin in Longmont, CO.
I live overseas so I get them on Comixology. The bigger bookstores here have trade paperbacks translated into Korean that I pick up from time to time as well, but for weekly purchases it's Comixology or paying an insane amount of $$$ for overseas shipping.

Imagination Station, Carlisle, Uk!!
Brilliant shop this I go there every now and then as it's closest (live in Dumfries). Otherwise I get mine off eBay
Since I've started buying (Western) comics this year it's been either Amazon or Comixology. I doubt I'll ever be the single issue kinda guy so going to a comic store isn't ideal although I have visited Midtown Comics in Times Sq. and it was pretty cool that I might go again and buy some things. Other than that I've been browsing eBay and Barnes and Noble has a DC sale I might look into.
Back alley from a dude in a van named "Hobo Joe" he's a nice dude always giving me candy when I step in to get my books
