Correct me if I'm wrong, but TOAA's appearances in the comics have never been incarnations of Stan Lee.

Plus TOAA is the writer, not a specific individual.

I believe TOAA is the incarnation of the writer, not an individual being.

@mysticmedivh: You didn't get what i meant. A true omnipotent doesn't die. If Stan Lee dies, TOAA dies and therefore, not omnipotent. Stan Lee/Jack Kirby are the writers and if they were dead, who would write Marvel comics? A new person of course. It wouldn't be the same TOAA since the title was given to Stan Lee/Jack Kirby. He'd be a new God of Marvel.

All the writers eventually die, get fired or replaced. TOAA can't be omnipotent. He's not even one person, several have taken the "reign". :P

toaa doesn't even look much like Stan Lee so I don't know why so many people have decided that they are one and the same. toaa just looks like a crazy old man with long hair.
