When does this post limit thing end?

I'm sick of only being able to post 5 times a day. When can I expect this to end?

As someone for whom that limit is far back in the review mirror, it was bull. I almost quit the site, glad I didnt, but almost.

You have to make 25 posts. This is probably to prevent people from spamming from multiple accounts.

You used to only need 25... but you seem to have surpassed that. So you shouldn't have any restrictions.

It was increased from 15 to 25 for reasons unknown. There are better ways to deal with spammers anyhow.

Yeah, this is kind of unprofessional of comic vine. As Temporal_Guardian put it, there are better ways to deal with spammers. All neoseeker does is not count your posts after a certain amount of posts (I.e., i posted 20 posts in one day, i can post more posts, but only the 20 posts count towards my post number on my account). After 10 posts on my other account, I reached my limit. This site can quickly become unprofessional and has an extreme lack of communication. For example, I don't mind DBZ being banned, especially when they may try again to unban it in the future. But when they ban dbz because of immature posts and flamming, I don't see why they should heavily monitor superman threads. I don't expect them to ban superman, just have moderators monitor it heavily so that it doesn't become out of hand like it usually does. It's not as bad as DBZ, but it isnt too far off. Like I said, I just wish they could be a bit more professional.

You really think I would complain about a post limit with only one post? I created this stupid account so that I can post my disappointment in the lack of leadership and professionalism the leaders of comic vine have shown. I have another profile, it's just that I reached my retarded post limit. And for the record, I don't care what any other moderator says, but NO, post limits do not prevent spam in an effective way. All it does is give people with new accounts a hard friggin' time. :P
