When did you start reading comics ?

Early 70's... then stopped from about 1977-1981..since then, pretty steady, save for some down time in the 90's when I had no money.

@zeroplus: Yeah I have much free time as I'm still in school and don't need to make homework, so I download many comics (illegaly)and read them on the computer about 12 per day. also here in the Netherlands it's harder to get paper comics so I order TPB's sometimes.

I'm lucky, I have a comic book shop close to the University I got to, I can get my comics there super easy.

I started reading Spider-Man when I was like 8

when ultimate spiderman issue 1 came out. so now im 19 and have every issue of the series to date and that got me reading other books like daredevil.

Superhero comics? early 90s, maybe ~91, all X-Men and Spider-Man

I'd been reading crappy UK comics like Whizzer and Chips since before that though, possibly 88 or 89.

My brother had boxes of that Beano-Lite crap, Whoopee!, Jackpot, Cor!, Monster Fun etc etc.

He never bought any 2000AD of course, being that it was actually good -__-

I also had some Sonic the Comic as well, which was actually a pretty cool UK comic.

Technically? When I got my first Marvel Legends figure that came with a comic. Realistically? Last year when I found a comic book shop near the local theater.
