The title says it all. BORING DOES NOT MEAN IT LACKS ACTION. IT MEANS IT LACKS A STORY OR NARRATIVE THAT WOULD KEEP YOU SUCKED IN!!!!!
Mine are
Green Lantern
X-Men Origins: Wolverine
Superman Returns

The Dark Knight Rises.
The Dark Knight Rises - It just gets a certain point and I lose interest, I try to re-watch it but at that part I just kind of give up.
The Avengers - I don't know just seems kind of boring to me, the plot never really interested me that much.
I don't think TDKR was that boring. I found it very interesting actually. Its not the best CBM, but I still found it great
I just got Iron Man 3 as a present and I spent most of it looking at something other than the movie.

It only really got interesting to me at the end. It may not be the most boring overall, but like I said in my post above there's this one point in the movie about half-way through where its so boring I don't feel like watching it anymore.
Green Lantern. The property has so much potential, but the flick fell flat on it's face in the first few minutes.
I actually kinda like X-Men Origins: Wolverine. Up until the Deadpool part that is.
Superman Returns is the definition of boring. Really lazy film making in my opinion. It's like Singer was a secret agent for Marvel trying to destroy DC's movie properties.
Some parts of Thor made me want to gouge my other eye out.
@dctv3363: I know what you mean me and my girlfriend got about twenty mins into and decided we would rather just go take a walk.
Superman Returns.. (the other ones might suck more, but they had more plot.....Revealing superman's son isn't a plotpoint, its just a twist)
Fantastic Four lacks a story
but SUPERGIRL has to be the most boring comic based movie of all time...
Honorable Mention toStar Wars ep1 Phantom Menace is not a comic based movie....though you could call jedi "superhero-like" but by far the most story lacking movie of all time....
Superman Returns: by no means am I a hater of this movie, I actually think it's a beautiful movie to look at and BR did very well as Superman. But the movie IS boring, badly paced and the lack of a credible threat for Superman is also a big downer.
The Wolverine movies: both of them are boring. The first one is actually terrible in my view.
TDK: great movie but slightly boring.
The Wolverine- Almost fell asleep in the theater.
Lol. I went with a group of 3...and we ALL fell asleep...(we may or may not have been drunk though)
The Dark Knight Rises.
My god you must be joking. Was Bane so badass it was boring? Was the fight between Batman and Bane so brutal that you fell asleep? Was the final chapter so intense that your excitement overwhelmed you and put you to sleep?
Ghost Rider: Spirit of Vengeance is not only the most boring superhero movie, but the worst and most boring movie I've ever seen. Period.
Also Man of Steel. I have a love/hate relationship with it because it was pretty damn boring at many parts, but I thought it was really cool. All of the product placement really detracted from my enjoyment as well (lookin' at you Sears.)

The only answer wholeheartedly agree with.
@theocitylegend: It has nothing to do with the characters, Bane was good, is just the tone of the whole film which is boring
How has Elektra not been mentioned? That movie had no direction, didn't know what it was doing, and I was shaking my head through the whole thing.
I never saw it. Never will
The Dark Knight Rises.
Thor is the most boring superhero movie ever, it's the only CBM that I have to constantly tell myself not to fall asleep to. Acting is average to bad from everyone except Hiddleston, story was as weak as Iron Man 2 and Last Stand. Action..was there any?? Effects sucked, the character development made no sense (so Thor must gain back his power by learning humility, but he never even learns humility but as soon as he starts fighting he gains back his power...wth??) dialog was a bore, the constant unfunny humor made me so uninterested. I was bored out of my mind...Thor has gotta be the most boring CBM ever. At least Wolverine Origins had some cool action and it was mildly entertaining, Superman Returns had a great story and plot. At least Batman & Robin, Catwoman and Ghost Rider (both) were so laughably bad you weren't bored.
So...Thor.
No one mentions Catwoman.
Never made it through 10 minutes. I can't say a movie is bad, or good if I have only seen 10 minutes
Thor was a boring movie? Really?
Elektra was flat-out boring, Daredevil I remember being pretty uninteresting (seeing it on a small t.v. in a warm car on a long road-trip going through dead flat land doesn't help), Superman Returns lacked any great action and Green Lantern tried too hard with too little and thus fell flat.
TDKR was boring. Especially when Bruce was trying to heal from his broken back and trying to get out of that den thing. I almost fell asleep.
@armiv2: Loki was the only thing that was even mildly entertaining. Like I already said, acting was meh to bad except Hiddleston, cgi and action were barely even there, story was weak, humor was stupid in an IronMan3 sort of way, the character development made no sense and it was the same character arc that we already saw in both Iron Man films. Easily the worst MCU movie, and to me it was the most boring CBM ever because nothing even remotely interesting happens.
I'll admit I'm probably biased because I never really gave much of a crap about Thor, but hey I never gave much of a crap about Iron Man either and then the first Iron Man movie made me fall in love with the character.
@thedarkknight9283: I agree, TDKR was a great movie I don't see how it was boring at all.
I haven't watched every superhero movie, but have watched a faire amount. The one that jumps to mind is Fantastic Four. I was watching it on a plane on an international trip, and it was so boring/poorly done I had to change it no more than 20 minutes in.
