I guess his normal powers stayed the same. Not that it matters with what Pheonix can do. Telekinesis to the extent that it becomes Molecular Control, Energy Control, Energy Absorption, Hyperspace flight... All at cosmic power levels.

A Spider that keeps coming back after death? Kinda like the itsy-bitsy spider, but flames instead of a water spout. Maybe for the next CV contest, there can be a spelling bee. The winner has to spell Mr. Mxyzptlk without looking.
