OK so here is the situation :
You need to study for a really important exam that will change your life for the better and it's the last night of revision and you haven't studied properly so you need this last night of study BUT The girl (or man for the ladies) has just asked you out on a really hot date that will guarantee to be your soul mate for life if you say yes BUT if you say no you will never get another chance with them and you have loved this person since as long as you can remember and have never found anyone else Evan remotely attractive.

What would you do ?
Go on the date of your life and guarantee happiness ?
Or study for the most important serious life changing exam of your life ?

Assuming she's my dream girl, she's already studied for the same exam and will get it right, and thus be able to provide income. Besides....I never study and I'm always okay :)

I would choose love over a life changing test anyday.

Do the studying. If I have learned anything you can fall in love with almost anyone. I don't believe in soul mates. What you think is the perfect match now may not be in the long run (or even the short run for that matter). Emotion makes you make irrational decisions. Go study.

You never said anything in the OP about being able to ace the test without studying."
