Off the top of my head.. What would happen? Who would try and defend the planet? Could anyone beat Perfect Cell? If so, who would beat him?

If Marvel writes it: Thor dies, Spider-man gets his ass kicked, and Wolverine beats Cell.

If Akira Toriyama writes it: Thor turns Super Saiyan 2 and beats Cell.
