The twist will come when Hulk and his new best drinking buddy Doomsday have to go undercover as High School students to bust an illegal comics downloading torrent gang, whilst also having to face their anxieties and insecurities about reliving their High School days. Climax will be when Doomsday moves in on the teacher Hulk has a crush on and he goes World War Hulk and accidentally kills all the people in the Northern Hemisphere.

Doomsday consoles him afterwards and they vow to never let a girl become them and their bro style friendship - they walk away, leaving black silhouettes against a setting sun, tapping their fists together in a show of unity, uttering "Bros before Hoes" - which will become an instant classic quote attributed to them, despite the words silliness, as the credits role.

Doomsday would murderstomp Hulk

I think the problem would be that Doomsday lacks the intelligence to do much beyond smashing Hulk over and over again. So Doomsday would dominate the fight at first for sure. In theory the Hulk can get up to Doomsday levels though.
