Robin's Hana Hana no Mi allows her to grow body parts on any object. If she wanted to, she could grow arms on the inside of someone's body and crush their heart. Robin's powers are broken as hell and if she wanted to could probably one shot top tiers in many verses. What is more broken than her devil fruit.
What would be more OP then a bloodlusted Nico Robin?
