What will Suicide Squad be rated?

David Ayer's history points to an R rating, but because it's a comic book movie and they want to appeal to as many people as possible, I can see them pushing for a harder PG-13. That said, I wouldn't be shocked if they did let Ayer do his thing and go for R.

@lesterlawton: He was in a R rated film in February and has been in few others, so Will Smith doesn't guarantee PG-13.

Anyways, with Arkham Knight getting an M and Deadpool getting an R, there's a solid chance of SS getting one too. There's possibly a chance they might keep it tbd until they see the above two being successful(not that Arkham Knights sucess is even in question).

According to the pic of a clapperboard David Ayer tweeted when the film started shooting on April 13th and a TV host comments after a correspondent had just finished interviewing Ayer for a Canadian early morning show the films title as of now seems to be Bravo14.

As for the rating,I'd like it to be R,but expecting a strong PG-13

The film budget is $40 million which if it holds would seem to indicate that it would be a rated-R film.

??? I hope to God it's not PG13. But, I understand money wise PG13 is what studios thrive on.

@youknowwhattodo: 40 million. I'll guess I'll judge this film less harshly then. There is only so much you can do on such a low budget.

I havent read suicide squad before but have they ever been call bravo 14 before?
