My bro gave me alot of comics, but the one I remember the most was The Incredible Hulk #290. Hulk throwing down with MODOK and AIM agents astounded me at the time.
Remember those Sonic the Hedgehog comics that the Archie Comics company bought rights to make way back when? My first comic was one of those when I was 6 or 7. My parents bought it for me so that I had something to read while we were travelling.

it wasn't that great (all the fighting was in the first comic and the last comic), but at the time that i found it the comic was great. how often do you get to see the Pred fight the Bat.
I actually dont remember my first comic. My mum says I was reading comics from the age of 4 (not actually read, but look at the pictures). But my mum used to buy lots of Spidey, Batman, Superman and Archie Comics.
This is definitely 1 of the issues I remember, cos I got it for my birthday. 5 points to anyone who can guess month and year of this issue.
The first comic I can remember recieving, was a Star Wars comic by Simonson. Red cover and said "Paraiah" on it. Can't remember the number. The first one I bought was G.I. Joe #2 at my Dad's grocery store. Been hooked ever since.
"Ghost Rider, Wolverine, Punisher: Hearts of Darkness". Got it from a Blackheart figure in the Build-A-Figure series(the ones that came with a comic). Don't remember the age I got it, it was somewhere in the 8-12 range. Pretty fun read.

That's actually the first issue of Amazing that I got! I wouldn't have remembered that unless you posted it though.
My first comic I bought myself was Uncanny X-Men 210, the end of the battle with Nimrod.
And actually I just looked it up, and they both came out the same month (I won't spoil it for any guessers out there, I knew the year already!). So I guess I must have gotten them both at the same time, or pretty close to it.

I dont even remember what the issue was about. But it's a great memory for me. Sadly for my next birthday I didnt get comics, but instead I got some Masters of the Universe toys. :-)
