The Imperial March is Iconic and superior to all others.

if your asking to just choose from that list then its definitley Vader's Hands Down. john williams is a mastermind aha

but if your asking any villain i think some honorable mentions are :

Here are a few from the old Sega Genesis/Mega Drive days. Used to play this game like mad in the 90s.

The bad guy that this music accompanies is a mannequin that gains different abilities depending on what outfit it wears.

And...

The bad guy from this stage is a giant face that ages with the more damage you inflict upon it.

I'm not saying these are the best villain theme songs around, but they're pretty awesome for a sega game.

The fact that I have to think about other villains and if they have a theme song....and the fact the Darth Vader one pops in my head automatically susses out any questions
