Garth is one of the original Titans, and he gets neglected like he never existed. Why is this?
I mean, sure his original powerset was completely generic. But PAD obviously realized this and fixed the problem by giving him a new name and powers. Seriously, the guy got killed off pre 52 because apparently DC editorial didn't think he was cool.
Apparently he exists in the reboot. But.going by the very little we know, he's apparently a child.
