Mile High Comics, I know is pretty widely used. I think they are the biggest supplier, at least they claim to be. Anyway, I have made orders from them before. They're definitely legitimate.
If you mean digital then go with Comixology. Best thing that happened to comics distribution. EverThey're cheaper than the print versions too
I'm about to get some trades on Kindle, probably starting with V for Vendetta; we'll see how that is.
