What non-Marvel or DC comics deserves a movie/TV show?

Title says it all.

I personally think:

1. Invincible from Image Comics - TV show
2. Spawn from Image Comics - movie reboot
3. Darkness from Image Comics - movie
4. Sixth Gun from Oni Press - TV show (actually was close to having one. http://www.scifinow.co.uk/news/42194/the-sixth-gun-tv-show-dropped-by-nbc/)

All of these would need a R rating or a mature rating though so it probably won't happen.

HBO or AMC...make it happen

@the_stegman: This would be amazing. It also sounds like something that would work. I think more then just fans of the comic would like this. I could see this really catching on.

INVINCIBLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I want to see a TV show so bad! The problem is that I don't know which network it would be best suited for... AMC is apparently interested (because they are already working with Robert Kirkman anyway), but I don't think it would work there. I know for a fact that The CW will try to buy the rights to the comic and turn it into another stupid teen-drama, HBO is an option because they can offer the bloody parts, but I'm not sure if they can hold it on it's own.... Netflix? Maybe, just maybe...

Y:The Last Man is one of my all time favorite comics, I can see AMC doing something similar to the Walking Dead, maybe changing a few parts to make it last longer or heck, just make it a limited series and have the end in sight like Breaking Bad.

like 3 years ago know, I looked it up they resurrected it some months ago so there is still hope.

OUAT is like the watered down, Disney version of Fables. Honestly, beside both using fairy tale characters, they don't have much in common.

Definitely Suicide Risk. A world overrun by super villains and short on heroes? Sounds perfect for a procedural. They could go monster of the week (with a new villain appearing) for the first season and do some big out

FBP: Federal Bureau of Physics would also be cool as a TV show, but probably won't happen since it's basically Fringe minus the awesome crazy old guy and stolen AU son.

I think Fables would be amazing as a movie and, considering the current trend of remaking classic stories, it seems like it might actual stand a chance of getting made.

Are we discounting Wildstorm imprint stuff? Because The Authority desperately needs a movie.

Does anyone read Red Sonja? I've only read three issues of her old comics, but the vibe I got from that comic makes me think it would make a great epic movie.

I think Red Sonja and Conan could be tv shows that occassionally crossover. Kinda like what Xena and Hercules did back in the day.

Since Hellblazer already has a TV show planned, I'm gonna say Fables. It could be awesome IMO.

Also Green Arrow and The Walking Dead could make for good TV shows! =P
