What movies are you anticipating?

The next 2 years promise plenty of Superhero movies worth watching. From what I know we have...

• Iron Man 3
• Thor 2: The Dark World
• Man of Steel
• Captain America 2
• Guardians of the Galaxy
• Wolverine

So which movies are you anticipating the most? I'll tell you my picks

1. Thor: The Dark World, I like the Thor movies because the fact that he's based of a mythicial legend makes it more interesting, and they mix it with modern times and give it a laugh.
2. Man of Steel, it's time for Supermans Return (haha get it) to the theatres, new actor and character designs that look promising. I mean did you see the sonic boom in the trailer? Its going to be awesome.
3. Guardians of the Galaxy. It's nice that these lesser known heroes get there shot on the Silver screen, and Thanos will be the villain in this movie at least from what I've heard. The Guardians of the Galaxy have very different odd-looking characters but that's what makes it funny I mean a talking Rat and a Tree? Some might hate that but I love it.
4. Captain America 2. I was going to put Wolverine here, but seeing as how Cap America 2 will introduce the Falcon and Winter Soldier, it should be pretty awesome and actiony. I was looking forward to Baron Zemo being the villain it made sense, but I heard MODOK and Aim will be the villain, although Red Skull might return who knows.
5. Wolverine. It's in the Samurai ark, so no we won't even be seeing close the amount of mutants in the last film. I mean it will probably be The Last Samurai meets Batman Begins. But it will have the bad-ass known as Viper, so that should be cool.
6. Iron Man 3. Sorry I cannot say I'm very hyped for Iron Man 3, I mean he is a pretty cool guy who dosen't afraid of anything but honestly all the other hero movies seem better to me as the other heros seem to have more depth. Don't get me wrong though, I'll be seeing the premiere of it diffidently, the CGI, Special effects, and witty dialogue if any should keep my in my seats.

Not a superhero movie but I'm looking forward to Lawless.

Beyond that Wolverine is sounding pretty badass and then Superman of course.

Rise of the Guardians now that's a super-hero movie I want to see.

In addition to what you've noted, there's also Dredd coming out in about a month, and Kick-Ass 2 next year.

Above all I'm anticipating Man of Steel, it seems very promising. After that, definitely Kick-Ass 2 and Cap 2. I would say I'm looking forward to Wolverine, but my expectations aren't too high. I'm pretty curious about Guardians of the Galaxy as well. I'm looking forward to them all really.

My order of excitement for superhero movies goes:

4. Ant-Man (whenever it gets completed)

I'd bet anything that Wolverine is going to be terrible. Superman has a great cast but I have a feeling that it's going to be over dramatic like the preview. I love Cap but I just think he's one of those characters who can't be done justice in live action film. Ironman 2 was eh ok, it's one of those series where the first will always be the best. Thor was my favorite next to Avengers so I'll look forward to the new one. Guardians I don't really care about but I'm sure it will be good... Idk it seems like comic films are being made so fast now that it's lost some of the novelty. It's like we went from getting one comic film every ten years to about one per year to now where we have multiple coming out each year.

My excitement goes for all of them really. Mainly Cap 2 and Thor 2, because of the first movies. But also IM3 due to extremis, and slightly MOS, but not much excited since I dont know what will come out of it - a hyper realistic pseudo philosophical setting a la Nolan, or a bad ass action movie a la Snyder. And it also seems too dark for Supes and I dont like the actor

1. Cap: Winter Soldier is favorite comic run and character
2. IM3: Even if IM2 wasn't a fantastic movie, it was still fun and enjoyable.
3. GOTG: I loved the 2008 run
4. Thor: I'm hoping for some pretty awesome battles LOTR style.
5. Dredd: I am the Law
6. Hobbit: I hope this will be good
7. Man of Steel: Not terribly interested in the movie but it should good. I just hope they aim for entertaining and not philosophical.
8. Wolverine: Give it a Red Box try when it comes out.
9. Kick Ass 2: Never watched the 1st one so probably won't watch this one for a while.

Man Of Steel no contest. itll be pretty funny if its good there will be a huge increase in superman fanboys just like what happened with the batman movies. and all the people who hated superman before will be jumping on his bandwagon.

I can imagine that happening. Since from what I see there going to give Superman the whole "I'm hero metropolis deserves but not the one it needs" type thing. I can see that happening from watching the trailer
