What Marvel character can IMP?

aside from maybe the obvious like SS or other reality warpers, is there any that can, and to specify lets not use average character speed, according to high end speed feats who can IMP?

to start off the conversation I have a feeling thor might be able to,I know thor travels through space incredibly fast but has there ever been a time thor has ever gone or been said to go fast enough to IMP? again what marvel characters can?

Well how fast must you go to do IMP?? Thor travels thousands of times the speed of light so he probably can.

true, I guess technically a lot of characters can do it, just people only ever bring up for the flash

Thor , ss , cosmic characters , Maybe BRB , sentry

Theoretically, Stormbreaker allows BRB to do anything regular Thor can. Don't know if Sentry can do it, but if he can then you have to include Gladiator, Hyperion, and maybe Blue Marvel, as they're all vaguely Superman clones like Sentry.

@havenless: Sentry should be the strongest and fastest of them all. Mjolnir defies time and space im not sure about Stormbreaker

Speed force-->DC universe... I don't know how it works exactly, but being very fast is probably not the only requisite
