So Dan Slott said there would be big developments in Superior Spiderman 20
Has anyone read it?
Can they shed some spoiler full light on it
Spock decides to strike out on his own and start Parker Industries with Anna Marie as his VP, as revealed over a mid-air meal on an improved webbing. Parker's, Sajani's and part of Jay's assets are used collateral for the bank loan. His pride gets a gentle chide from Aunt May… and wait, remember that pride later. He also beats up Felicia and webs her telling her in no uncertain terms she's now a full-on villain in his eyes, much to her vengeful fury. The next lady Parker's life, Carlie, plans to send her evidence to the Avengers and keep Yuri's part secret. She also phones MJ (offline) to stay away from Peter. Who just happens to look up Miguel Olivera, the oh-so-friendly fireman who helpd douse her nightclub fire issues ago, and they take a liking for each other. Now things start unravelling. With Anna supporting Spock on his thesis defense, he wows the panel, except for Dr. Lamaze, who saves the dramatic reveal for the last: his ("Parker's") work is none other than Octavius', his late colleague, as he's familiar with it, for which he accuses him of plagiarism (though he did note it was unpublished work). That is grounds for expulsion, and public embarrassment. Oh, the irony! A catch-22 in the making, perhaps. Spock silenty vows to destroy him. The heavy-set revived coma patient (note that the doctors mentioned "patients" as in plural, who wake up mentioning Octavius' name) is shocked at the revelation of Octavius' death is worked on by the same physical therapist as May's. Now recovered, she heads to the old lab of Dr. Caroline Trainer, is recognized as Angelina Brancale, and revives Stunner, vowing vengeance on Spidey for Ock's death. Oh, the irony! |
