The weapon I like to see used most and used well is the mind. I love it when a character can outthink his opponent, it's the coolest thing to me. The person doesn't have to be a genius (though that helps sometimes), just good at planning or strategizing. Most of my favorite characters are really good at this: Midnighter (he cheats though), Black Panther, Tao, Mr. Majestic, Batman, Amadeus Cho, Deathstroke, Static, the Metabaron, Spider-Man, Prodigy, Tim Drake, Ben Santini, etc.

My favorite waepon is the ring of Heart worn by one of the most cherished planeteers.
