I would have to say the Infinity Gauntlet.

The Power Rings are extremely powerful granted, but I have never seen them make someone not exist.
Thor's Hammer an awesome weapon, but with the Gauntlet Thanos waved it away, turned Thor into glass, and then shattered him.

But you know it might not have anything on Orco's hat or Popeye's spinach. Only one way to solve this problem... to the Battle Forums!
