Anyways I'd go with Telekinesis.

Cellular Regeneration only super. Like if you hurt one two more come back. How they can repair all damage even age. nothing is better then this. From the storing and using of energy be it Ki or Static or Cosmic power.

Super speed always seemed the most convenient and applicable in daily life to me.

I choose time control. For example, when I fail to do something, I could just go back to that time. If I will be able to pick another one it will be intelligence.
