what is Jack Kirby's best character?

the king has made so many comicbook character, just at the top of my head Darksied n thor. which is the best in you're a opinion aka meaning which is you're favorite? my favorite is highlighted

Just kidding, maybe the Thing, a really great character and a groundbreaking one at the time really. but Captain America is also pretty great.

but probably at the end of the day it would be a tie between Galactus and the Silver Surfer.

I don't think Thor or Hercules count, because Jack didn't create them. He adapted them from ancient myth.

Darkseid and Captain America are his best IMHO, also Hulk and Fantastic 4 are possibilites. Jack himself says that HE created Hulk and Fantastic 4 but Stan Lee just took credit for them. So, who knows? But Jackl had a hand in creating Hulk and the Fantastic 4 so he SHOULD get a bit of credit for them.

Great Topic the answer is Captain America (Created with Joe Simon while Stan Lee swept the floor) a Timely/Atlas/Marvel star who was a comic book star as far back as the Golden Age and after appearing in almost 7000 comics he still remains relevant today. Cap and Namor are Marvels longest standing lead characters and unlike their DC counterparts have the continuity that can be traced back to show it. Kirby is King.

Incorrect. Jack worked at DC in the Golden Age creating the Guardian and Boy commandos and he also did Golden Age era re-boots of Manhunter and Sandman ETC. LOL DC re-booted characters all the way back in the Golden Age.
