The hero always winning.

One major thing I like about Dbz was they weren't scared for a protagonist to die. Of course they could bring any of them back at any moment thanks to the dragonballs, but that is still pretty cool.

In Comics every protagonist always provails , I would like to see some die every now and then, and they be able to build a story off that.

@ariesxmasters: I don't think that's 100% true.

A good portion of the time, the hero fails in some way or another.

@ariesxmasters: That the hero always prevails in comics. That's not true, IMO.

The Death of the Stacys,Jason Todd,Jean Grey, The Killing Joke are a few instances where the heroes don't win. Heck, Spidey got his butt kicked more times then i could count.

@ariesxmasters: sometimes comic characters fail and result in the death of other characters or their own. Sometimes it's not easy for a comic book character to come back to life, if they're more obscure. Captain Mar-Vell has been dead for years.

Did the main antagonist of those books die?

Again did the protagonists of the book die?
