Basically it's one character vs another character but with one person for each character. They define their rules when they debate each other which ends in a vote.

It stands for Challenge a Viner and it's basically a debate between two people each representing a character or characters. Though these debates can be done with more than two people. They're much more rigorous and challenging than the regular battle forums, since each debater has to give arguments about their character and why they can beat their opponent's character. After the debate is over, voters are called in to give their opinions on the debate and who they think debated better, not which character would win.
