What if there was no Flash or Aquaman?

DC comics have already explored the what if possibility if Superman , Batman or Wonderwoman had never existed or became superheroes in comics like JLA : Nail or JLA : Destiny & few others so my question is what if there no Flash or Aquaman in DC universe ? lets say Speed force & Atlantis exist but Flash & Aquaman never became superheroes so will DC universe would have gone on as normal without caring like nothing happened or lot will be different without these 2?

As for Flash, P-sure that happened in Flashpoint.

Earth 2 doesn't seem to have aquaman and they didn't have a flash during the darkseid war so if the main DC universe didn't have them it would look a lot like earth 2
