...is Crossbones exploding himself, killing a lot of people?

Frank Grillo finished filming weeks ago, and he's wearing some kind of tech suit, so i can definetly see him having an auto destruction device within the suit.

It would be nice and somewhat similar to how it started in the comics.

remember Age Of Ultron it had us expecting lots of people dying and a serious ultron steve and tony hating each other at the end thats what we expected

We had people used as bombs in Iron Man 3, I don't see why it'd be off the table.
