I don't think the reapers would get as far as they did in the Mass Effect series.

The large robots they use only have 88 kilotons or something, mid tiers could solo them.

If they add Brainiac to the Friends list, they might get places with being a threat especially with the knowledge brainiac can carry over to the Reapers, making them a potential huge threat to deal with for the JLA.

The Derelict Reaper found later in the games was "killed" by a past civilization's weapon that only (while a great feat for Mass Effect) marked the surface of the planet Klengadon.

Reapers aren't immortal, The Alliance proves that, Kalros proved that, The Quarian Flotilla proved that and the Turians according to ME3 Codex entries proved that.

The only way I see Reapers winning is with prep by indoctrinating important figures and systematically doing so. Besides that, they get treated like paper mache. Harbinger's going to know this hurts it.
