The Legion of Doom are all sitting around the table with him. He has defeated them all to show why he must lead them! In Lex Luthor mind ,he is good and Superman is evil and the JLA is a super powered group that will control the world if not stopped!This story show how the criminal mind thinks....I am one the side of right! So is he ? .........
