What heroes would you consider high end B-tier

I consider Superman to be in the A-class of heroes and those that are in the cosmic range in the S-class ranking. If people like Superman are in A-class, what would you all consider high end in B-Class.

Well, Batman is clearly Super S-class.

Going off of popularity ( I know this is supposed to be about power ) I think maybe Green Arrow and Aquaman.
