Not sure on Sentry, he just sort of got eaten by a giant worm (definitely not something anyone would see actually damaging this version of Sentry? maybe they just needed to wrap up the story and didn't have the creativity to add him to the final fight (he would/could have wooped everyone). They got him with the whole "Remove From Battle Field" trick.
As far as hulk, I'm not sure if he go's full World War Hulk or not but he does seem to have more control of himself.
DS sentry is in outer space basically burying or doing whatever to dispose of the body of extair the executioner of the celestials, when shall we see him again. I personally have no idea but since he is outer space now he may show up in a book that deals with those type of stories.
